A. Before you can start a course, you must assign it to your CE User Account. Follow these steps to assign your newly purchased course to your CE user account.

- Click on the link provided on the Thank You page. This will take you to a new page "Assign New Courses to My CE User Account". If you already have an existing account, login with your username and password. Your username will be displayed. If you do not have an existing account you will need to create one.
- Scroll down the page to create a new CE User Account.
- Provide the information requested to create your profile and submit it. Your profile can be edited at anytime.
- Once your CE User Account has been submitted, you will be taken to a My Courses page containing a list of Active Courses and Completed Courses (if you have any completed).
- Click on the name of the course to start the course.
- Once you have studied the course materials, passed the CE test, and completed the course evaluation, you will be able to view and print your certificate. The course will then be listed in the Completed Course section of your My Courses page for future reference.

Sharing Courses
|
|
| Can I share a course with someone else? |
You can share course materials (i.e., book, video, etc), but you cannot share a CE User Account. One person may purchase the course and the course materials and another may purchase the Test Only. This has to be done in two separate purchase transactions so that each person can assign the course to his or her CE User Account. |
| Course Certificates |
|
| How can a certificate be printed for a course that has been successfully completed? |
Immediately after you successfully complete a course (received a passing grade and completed the course evaluation) you will be able to view your certificate online. Print the certificate from your browser. You can reprint your certificates by logging in to your CE User Account and select the course from your Completed Courses listings. |
| The information on my certificate is incorrect. How can I change the certificate? |
Once a certificate is generated you cannot change it. Contact the NACE office (954) 723-0057 or email: info@naceonline.com and let us know of any changes that are required and we will try to accommodate you. It is essential that you update your profile to reflect your current address and licensing information so that certificates are generated properly. |
| Can multiple licenses (psychologist, social worker, marriage and family counselor) be noted on my certificate? |
Yes. Just make sure you have included all the information about each license in your profile. One certificate will be provided containing all your licensing information. |
| Can multiple addresses be noted on my certificate? |
No. |
| Can the date of my certificate be changed? |
No. |
| Can my completed test be scored manually by NACE and a certificate issued? |
No. All tests and evaluations are scored online. |
